When I take my computer into work, I'll need to hook it on the network with a STATIC IP address that I've been assigned. When I had Windows 98 I would use ipconfig (or winpcfg???) a little utility program to release a connection (eg dynamic) and load the static ip address. XP does not have this tool!! BUMMER!
